Everything HubSpot announced at Unbound 2026, in one page
News hubspot

HubSpot's Fall 2026 release is one idea wearing nine product names.

The idea is that AI agents only work when they know your business, and that "knowing your business" is now a thing you can open, read and fix inside HubSpot. HubSpot calls it Growth Context. The screen is called Context Home. Every agent announced this week reads from it first.

This page is the map. Each section links to a longer piece on what it means for your portal. I'll keep it updated as HubSpot publishes tiers, betas and pricing through the week.

The frame: an "agentic customer platform"

HubSpot is describing itself differently. For years it was a CRM with AI features; the new language is an agentic customer platform with three layers. Context (Smart CRM and Context Home), where customer understanding lives. Action (Hubs, agents, Breeze Assistant), where work gets done. Coordination (Agent Hub, connected systems, governance), where humans and agents work together.

One naming consequence: the "Breeze" brand is being retired for everything except Breeze Assistant. "Breeze Agents" and "Breeze Studio" are gone as names. HubSpot's reasoning is that when the whole product is AI, a separate AI sub-brand implies AI is something bolted on.

Context Home (GA, all plans)

A single view of what HubSpot currently believes about your business, customers, team and processes, and the place to correct it. Lives under Agents → Agent Hub → Context. Replaces the old AI Data Sources settings. Values you edit are locked against automated overwrites. Documents you upload produce suggestions for review, not silent writes.

Breeze Assistant (GA, all plans including Free)

Ask, Build, Create. New this release: Projects (persistent context across conversations), Voice on Mobile, a Slack integration, Calling Agents (@mention any agent from the chat), and Artifacts (real formatted documents generated from your CRM data). Breeze Assistant itself consumes no credits; the agents it calls do.

Agent Hub and Agent Builder (GA, Professional and Enterprise)

Agent Hub is the one place to see and manage every agent running in your portal. Agent Builder now has custom event triggers (start from Slack, a spreadsheet, or a schedule) and one-click conversion of existing workflows into agentic ones. Starter tier gains custom agents. Custom agents run on credits at one credit per action unit; simulation mode estimates cost before you publish.

HubSpot Work (beta)

An AI-first workspace connected to the CRM: describe the work, it builds the tables, documents, forms and automations. HubSpot has published nine use cases from client onboarding to admin request management.

Marketing Hub: Marketing Studio 2.0 and three agents

Studio is rebuilt (included with Marketing Hub Pro+). Campaign Agent plans a connected campaign from a goal, an AEO insight or a call transcript (500 credits per plan). Content Agent is now a self-grading agent rather than a form (public beta, 1,000 credits per piece). Nurture Agent rewrites each automated email per recipient at send time (public beta, 10 credits per email).

Sales Hub: Prospecting Agent, Deal Progression, Revenue Agent

Prospecting Agent adds on-demand sourcing, email memory, brand voice per Play and company fit scoring. Smart Deal Progression is renamed Deal Progression and now works across emails, calls and meetings (public beta, Sales/Service Pro+; core included with the seat). Revenue Agent is AI accounts receivable, 500 credits per invoice charged when outreach starts (public beta, all paid plans).

Credits

Included, no credits: Context Home, Breeze Assistant, Marketing Studio, Agent Hub, Agent Builder itself, Deal Progression core, AEO, Smart CRM enrichment. Metered: Content, Campaign, Nurture, Prospecting, Revenue, Customer and Data Agents, and custom agents. Governance: portal and feature-level caps, alerts at 75/85/90 percent, simulation mode, full audit.

AEO

Included with Marketing Hub Pro+. The Fall story is the loop: AEO finds a topic where you're not being cited, Campaign Agent plans, Content Agent writes, Nurture Agent personalises, AEO re-measures. Plus a public AI Search Sensor.

We also published our own AEO numbers, which are not flattering: 21 of 9,288 citations were ours.

What to do this week

Open Context Home and read it as a stranger would. Open Agent Hub and list what's active and who owns it. Before you switch any metered agent on, run it in simulation mode and set a cap. Everything else can wait for the dust to settle.

If you'd like a second pair of eyes on any of that, that's what we do; details are on our pricing page.
