HubSpot agents · a HubSpot partner offer

You have AI credits.
You have no agent.
We fix the second part.

We sell outcomes. Not hours.

Every paid HubSpot plan comes with credits for AI agents, and unused credits expire at the end of each month. We find the one process where an agent would earn them, run a free assessment, build a 90-day pilot, and when it works, pick the next one.

Start free: the agent and credit assessment

One working session with the people who own the process. One page back within the week. It costs nothing, and the answer might be "not yet".

You bring

One process and its numbers

  • The process you would hand to an agent
  • Volumes: leads, conversations, emails a month
  • Your hub tier and current credit use
  • The person who owns it today
FREE We work out

Which agent, what it costs, what has to be true first

  • One HubSpot agent matched to the job, or none yet
  • A credit range from your own volumes, in credits and dollars
  • The data, knowledge and hand-offs it would inherit on day one
If yes

The 90-day pilot

One agent, built and live with caps you approved. $2,475 fixed.

If not yet

What to fix first

Usually the data. A portal audit, credited against the work if you go on.

Which agent, and what it costs in credits

HubSpot prices every agent action in credits, at $10 per 1,000 credits on the list price. Dollar figures in brackets are at that rate.

AgentWhat it doesCredits (list price)
Prospecting agentResearches accounts, finds the contact and drafts the outreach100 per lead ($1.00)
Customer agentAnswers and resolves support conversations50 per resolved conversation ($0.50)
Customer agent, voiceThe same, on the phone50 per minute ($0.50)
Data agentAnswers questions from your CRM, calls and documents10 per response ($0.10)
Nurture agentWrites and sends nurture emails10 per email ($0.10)
Content agentDrafts a piece of content1,000 per piece ($10.00)
Knowledge base agentWrites a help article200 per article ($2.00)
Revenue agentHandles an invoice500 per invoice ($5.00)

Rates from HubSpot's published credits page, checked October 2026. HubSpot changes them; we check before every assessment. Your subscription is the source of truth.

Prospecting and customer agents are priced on the outcome, a lead recommended or a conversation resolved, so a quiet month costs you very little. The number that matters is not the rate. It is your volume, and that is what the assessment works out.

The 90-day pilot

About a week to select and agree. About two weeks to build and prove. Then ninety days live, improved as it goes. Nothing is built before you sign off, and nothing goes live before you sign off again.

EMA: five tools replaced, then AI on top

EMA sells software, services and training to engineers designing electronics, from phones to satellites. Penguin moved them off SugarCRM and retired five disconnected tools into one HubSpot system. On that foundation, under the ongoing retainer, a HubSpot prospecting agent was piloted in 2026 that drafts outreach in EMA's voice, alongside a Clay enrichment build that turns free-email contacts into identified accounts.

"We finally have a system that works for everyone. It's a huge shift in how we operate." — Chris Banton, VP Marketing, EMA Design Automation

When the answer is "not yet"

Three things the assessment checks before we suggest a pilot.

Nobody owns the processAn agent needs a person who knows the current numbers and can say whether the output is right. Without one there is no baseline and no 30-day check.
The data the agent would inherit is not trustworthyAn agent answering from a messy portal is confidently wrong at scale. That is a portal audit first, credited against the work if you go on.
The job is really three jobs"Handle inbound" is not one process. We will narrow it to the piece an agent can do well, or tell you it is not an agent problem.

Sending a customer?

What they get: a free session that names the agent, the credit cost range from their own volumes, and what the portal needs first. What it leads to: a 90-day pilot at a fixed $2,475 on a 10,000-credit-a-month plan.

What it is not: a replacement for your credits conversation. The credits go on their HubSpot subscription, not through us.

Questions we get about HubSpot agents

What are HubSpot credits?

The unit HubSpot uses to charge for agent actions. Each action has a credit cost, 100 for a prospecting lead, 50 for a resolved customer conversation, and credits cost $10 per 1,000 at list. Paid plans include some credits each month; the rest is bought in packs or pay-as-you-go. Unused credits expire at month end.

How many credits will we need?

It depends on volume, not on the agent. A prospecting agent working 300 leads a month uses about 30,000 credits. A customer agent resolving 400 conversations uses 20,000. The assessment builds the range from your numbers.

Which agents can we use on our plan?

Customer and prospecting agents are available on Professional and Enterprise. Check your subscription or ask your HubSpot rep; the assessment covers it.

What if it does not work?

Caps mean it cannot run away with your credits. The 30-day check measures it against the baseline, and at 90 days you decide whether to keep, widen, add or stop. The 10,000-credit commitment stays on your subscription either way, which is why we choose the process carefully.

Do we need the full portal audit first?

Not always. The free assessment tells you. Where the portal needs work before an agent can be trusted, we say so, and the audit is credited against any work that follows.

Do we have to be sent by a HubSpot rep?

No. The offer is the same whoever you are.

Tell us the process. We will tell you the agent and the number.

One session, one page back: which agent, what it would cost in credits, and what has to be true first. Free, and the answer might be "not yet".
