US-Based (Menlo Park, CA) Marketing Coordinator

Overview of Responsibilities

Penguin Strategies has an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Account Managers in providing top-notch service to B2B technology brands. This position is based in Redwood City, CA and will involve working closely with the CMO in a small satellite office.

 

You will assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives for an array of clients from industries, such as telco, cyber security, data analytics, cloud storage and more.

Requirements

Assist with the implementation of a coordinated marketing approach for multiple clients, measure and analyze results of campaigns and ascertain improvements for future campaigns, coordinate and execute the production of marketing collateral, such as blogs, eBooks, infographics and case studies. Execute e-marketing and social media campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, assist in the crafting of the marketing messaging strategy and remarkable offerings for assigned client accounts, support the writing of strategic marketing plans for clients, and assist with client kickoff meetings in conjunction with the rest of the marketing team. Must also work with the team to ensure clients’ messaging is delivered in consistently innovative and engaging ways, while supplyoing weekly and monthly status meeting with clients to ensure we are continuously improving their bottom line.

 

Prerequisites

1-2 years experience and incredibly fast learner. BA in marketing, communications, or related field, as well as an understanding of business issues, market trends and marketing program development. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentationwith an ability to work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Must have the ability to interact with a diverse marketing team and champion projects across the organization with strong project management skills and the ability to work at a fast pace under tight deadlines. Proven attention to detail is a must, as is a very strong proficiency using Microsoft Office

 

Preferred Preference will be given to candidates who: Have experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation Have experience managing organic social media campaigns and are team-oriented but can also work independently

Israel-Based Marketing Coordinator - Entry Level

Training is on us so no experience needed!

 

Working as part of a growing team, you will assist in developing and implementing inbound marketing initiatives for an array of clients from various industries. Key responsibilities include working closely with account managers to: Assist with the implementation of a coordinated marketing approach for each client. Measure and analyze results of campaigns, ascertain improvements for future campaigns and coordinate/execute the production of marketing collateral. Execute e-Marketing and Social Media campaigns and work with a team to participate in the management of multiple client accounts.

 

Assist in the crafting of the marketing messaging strategy and remarkable offerings for each of your client accounts and in the writing of strategic marketing plans for each of your clients, while also assisting with client kickoff meetings in conjunction with the rest of the marketing team. Requirements
