As a marketing account manager and digital consultant in Penguin Strategies you will be responsible for managing a few customer accounts. Your role will include executing marketing campaigns to optimize performance for our clients’ goals. You will be managing the account team and consulting with our clients.

Experience in project management in a highly dynamic environment such as a tech-startup or high-tech customer-facing department.
An understanding of marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies such as content marketing, social media marketing, email campaigns, webinars, etc.
Ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced environment managing multiple clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly master new tools and technologies
Extremely organised and proven attention to detail

Penguin Strategies has an exciting new opportunity for an entry level Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Consultants in providing a top-notch service to B2B technology brands internationally. Training is on us so a minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience is all you require. In this position you will work with one of our customers on a full time basis.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
Assisting with implementation of a coordinated marketing approach for each client.
Creating innovative and engaging messaging.
Measuring and analysing campaign results.
Ascertain improvements for future campaigns.
Coordinating/executing the production of marketing collateral.
Executing e-Marketing and Social Media campaigns and work with a team to participate in the management of multiple client accounts.
Assist in developing and implementing inbound marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator should possess the following attributes and skills:
Someone who loves to write, incorporating innovative concepts and stretching their creative boundaries.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Understands business issues, market trends and marketing program development.
Strong project management skills.
Proven attention to detail is a MUST.
BA in Marketing or related field.
